How To Manifest Absolutely Everything You Want

It is easy to understand how to manifest your desires, but mostly people find it hard to really believe that they can manifest what they want.

This is the main reason that blocks so many people from receiving their wishes.

The manifestation process is so simple that some may say that it cannot possibly be this easy.

Such opinion only exists because of the deeply rooted limited beliefs that people have.

Many think that you have to work hard to survive in this world and that hard work always pays off.

But this is a false belief that hinders a lot of people. Beliefs like this one make people disbelieve about the easiness of manifestation

How to manifest your desires

To start this process, you should think of something that you would like to have. You should start from small things first (the ones that you do not find hard to get) because this will give you more faith as to that they will manifest.

When you manifest small things, you will be able to gradually progress to bigger and bigger ones. Some fail to manifest because they want to get large amounts of money, houses or cars with their first intention. But that does not work this way because you cannot possibly completely believe that such big things will manifest when you are just a beginner.

When you think of what you want to have, you should start visualizing it to get into the proper vibration to attract it. Let's say you want to manifest $100 (start from small things first, remember?). You should see in your mind $100 for at least two minutes continuously, without any interruptions.

This way you will point out to the universe what you exactly want. Now to get into the vibration of attracting this money you should start visualizing about what you are going to do with such money and how you feel having that much money.

Just imagine having additional $100 in your pocket. Visualize it. See it so clearly that you almost feel that the money is really in your pocket. How does it make you feel? Free? Happy? Willing to spend it? Thinking about buying something in particular?

Such and similar thoughts will lead you to the feeling of really having this money and this way you will become a vibrational match to this amount of money.

Once the visualizing part is done, you should remain very positive for as long as you can. To remain positive for at least two hours is vitally important because this kind of money can come to you after hours of visualization rather than days.

Never ever think about how the money is going to reach you, let the universe do what it does best – deliver to you everything you want to have. If you start wondering how the universe is going to deliver your wish, you will slow down the manifestation or block it from coming.

When you feel positive, you are allowing the universe to deliver your desire. When you feel doubtful, anxious and impatient or have any other negative emotion, you block yourself from receiving the manifestation.

If you do not introduce any negative emotions or thoughts at least for a couple of hours, you must start seeing the signs that the manifestation is about to take place. It is the law. Once that happens, the manifestation will reach you very soon.

THE FATE OF NIGERIAN YOUTH

NIGERIAN POLITICS ENLIGHTENMENT OF THE YOUTHS ON NIGERIAN POLITICS
Nigeria a great land of diverse cultures and people, a land filled with Milk and Honey, like the cannan Land, the most populous black nation in the world, the most religious and with large mass of land, blessed with Oil and various National Resources and the greatest Resource, the Human Resource…

The vision 2020 is a vision the Nigerian Government has set their focus on, but without the end of corruption and without youth empowerment, it can’t be fully achieved, it won’t take another Fela Anikulapo Kuti or another Great Activist to do it, but You and I, because, even the anti-graft bodies cannot put an end to it, the man that tried to do something about corruption though he was politically motivated was hewed down by the same corrupt politicians that used him to achieve their political aim.
Someone once asked me what lies ahead of the Nigerian Youth? and I said More Unemployment, if not high rate of poverty, and even worse government except we put an end to all the child play, when I voiced this out, I was accused of being a pessimist, Not that I don’t believe in the Nigerian dream but change, is the pathway of achieving the Nigerian dream…
Let’s look at the Nigerian youth today and figure their sense of responsibility towards the Nigerian Dream, the ratio is below

40% OF THE NIGERIAN YOUTH = Believe fraud (Yahoozee) / looting of government funds is their easiest way to wealth (Going into politics for the sake of looting government funds) and other dubious means to wealth…

25% OF THE NIGERIAN YOUTH = Believe travelling abroad for greener pastures is their easiest way to wealth, thereby causing capital flight.

20% OF THE NIGERIAN YOUTH = Believe Education is their easiest way to wealth
(Due to lack of job/Unemployment after schooling, this spot soon drops below)

10% OF THE NIGERIAN YOUTH = Believes a change or rather being employed/ starting out as an entrepreneur is the easiest way to wealth (This group’s ratio soon goes down due to economic sabotage or Lack of Funds to manage the business)

5% OF THE NIGERIAN YOUTH = Believes in the Nigerian Dream, a dream that one day Nigeria will have a place for them too (some in this group are graduates, secondary school leavers etc) but they have this conviction of the Nigerian dream and they ignore all the evil means to wealth and the cleave to the Nigerian dream…..
The dream of taking Nigeria to High …. The dream that one day the things we don’t have would be past and the things we have would speak for us.

In the above listed group, where do you belong as a Nigerian youth?
Leadership is not meant to be measured by age but by vision. We have millions of Obamers in Nigeria but they can’t manifest their dreams because of the current state of the country and leaders who refuse to shift away from the seat of power (The same Old Politician way rule Nigeria before) The leaders who see the youth as miscreants that can be used as political thugs, leaders who are suppose to be elders but metamorphosis into political god fathers who remain as top dogs after elections and torment the young and vibrant politicians in power.

Take a walk, go out in the street and see what I am talking about, the security guards at the gate of your banks and offices, that mechanic guy who fix your car, the petrol attendant at the filling station, that wise igbo boy selling on the traffic, that lady who always bring Agege bread to your office in the morning, that creative hair dresser, fashion designer, the technician, plumber name them, so many of them, Nigerian youth with highly technical skills; All image not withstanding the bad economic and unfavorable leadership policies, the Nigerian youth still strive on and storm the weather, given an ideal situation the Nigerian youth is dynamic, intelligent and creative. Yes talk about spots, music, the art world, academics, entrepreneur etc both at home and abroad.
Please any where you find a Nigeria youth in need. Assist he or she, for you will be glad you did.

GREAT NIGERIAN YOUTH WHEN WILL THOU ARISE AND NOT LET THE DREAM OF OUR FATHERS DIE
Youth of Nigeria you have no problem, you are already blessed, been born as a Nigeria is enough for you to be grateful to GOD, all you need to do, is to know and find out
What did live have for you?
What do you want from live
And what do you want to give back to live; By the time you have answers to all these three live related attribute, then you are ready to be a GREAT NIGERIA YOUTH. Don’t fail the Nigeria dream, let’s stand and say YES to the Nigerian Dream. Writing by Adewole Olanrewaju and copy from THE GLITTERATI March 1, 2009 and contributions from Olukayode Orikeye

3 Great Tips for Overcoming Procrastination

If you constantly find yourself avoiding getting your work done, even when it is due the next day, you are probably procrastinating. If you find yourself doing so consistently for more than a month, congratulations, you are a chronic procrastinator.

Procrastinating is a bad habit to fall into, and once you're in a habit it is quite difficult to break out of it.
Fortunately, it is possible to stop procrastinating with a lot of determination and perseverance. If you have already recognized your problem and are taking positive action to overcoming it, then we have 3 great tips below to help make your journey easier.

Tip #1: Take Small Steps Rome was not built in a day, and neither was the Great Wall of China. Sometimes, you may find your work too daunting or challenging and you are clueless as to where to start. Remind yourself to take small steps, as each small step makes up the bigger picture. It will also help you to plan out your work schedule, and make the work seem a lot more manageable and less threatening.
Similarly, even for tasks which you think are very straightforward, it is a good idea to break it down into small and manageable steps.
This will help you in your time management, and is a good practice to line up the work that you need to do.

Tip #2: Positive Mindset One of the greatest blocks to overcoming procrastination is your negative mindset. Your subconscious mind is a powerful tool, and by thinking positive thoughts you will be able to overcome the habit of procrastinating.
Tell yourself that you can do it, and that you choose to do it. Be positive and open minded about the task, and eliminate the negative thoughts that tell you that you are not good enough.

Tip #3: Do not Procrastinatethat’s right, do not procrastinate dealing with your procrastination problem. It is very easy to fall back down the slope and tell yourself that you will face up to the issue... tomorrow.
Tomorrow is never good enough, because there will always be another tomorrow.
Make every day count, and do not delay taking action to deal with your bad habit.

These 3 tips are the common road bumps that procrastinators face when trying to rid themselves of the bad habit. Remember that you need to persevere and be determined in order to make progress.
Just like your bad habit that took time to build up, it will require some amount of time as well to over come it. It is important that you seize the day and start now.

Aha, I have just mentioned the greatest destroyer of destinies “Procrastination” If you are not careful, procrastination will stop you in your quest for success and the best way I have found to deal with it is by shouting to myself, do it now, do it now, and I tell you, it works for me all the time.
It will surely work for you. Try saying it to yourself anytime you feel like postponing work on a chore you must do, you'll be glad you did.

Living the Seven Spiritual Laws of Success

What Is Success?

“Success in life could be defined as the continued expansion of happinessand the progressive realization of worthy goals.

Success is the ability to fulfill your desires with effortless ease.”- Deepak Chopra

Success is a topic I’ve spent many hours pondering and I’ve come to realize that it is so much more than just material wealth. Material wealth is only a small portion of your collective success potential.
It is an experience as part of our journey as spiritual beings and yes, material wealth may make this journey more comfortable, but let’s not neglect the other dimensions of success: the success of sound physical health, fulfilling relationships, meaningful friendships, joy of self-expression, freedom from fear, the capacity to understand people and self-mastery.
Here are the seven laws along with an example application

The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success

1. The Law of Pure Potentiality
2. The Law of Giving
3. The Law of Cause and Effect
4. The Law of Least Effort
5. The Law of Intention and Desire
6. The Law of Detachment
7. The Law of Purpose in Life

1. The Law of Pure Potentiality
“The source of all creation is pureconsciousness… pure potentiality seeking expression fromthe unmanifest to the manifest.
And when we realize that ourtrue Self is one of pure potentiality,we align with the power that manifests everything in the universe.“

Example Application:
‘I will practice non-judgment. I will begin my day with the statement, “Today, I shall judge nothing that occurs,” and throughout the day I will remind myself not to judge.’

2. The Law of Giving
“The universe operates through dynamic exchange…giving and receiving are different aspects ofthe flow of energy in the universe.
And in our willingness to give that which we seek,we keep the abundance ofthe universe circulating in our lives.“

Example Application:
‘Wherever I go, and whoever I encounter, I will bring them a gift. The gift may be a compliment, a flower, or a prayer. Today, I will give something to everyone I come into contact with, and so I will begin the process of circulating joy, wealth and affluence in my life and in the lives of others.’
‘I will make a commitment to keep wealth circulating in my life by giving and receiving life’s most precious gifts: the gifts of caring, affection, appreciation, and love. Each time I meet someone, I will silently wish them happiness, joy, and laughter.’

3. The Law of Cause and Effect
“Every action generates a force of energythat returns to us in like kind . . .what we sow is what we reap.
And when we choose actions that bring happiness and success to others, the fruit of our karma is happiness and success.”

Example Application:
‘Whenever I make a choice, I will ask myself two questions: “What are the consequences of this choice that I’m making?” and “Will this choice bring fulfillment and happiness to me and also to those who are affected by this choice?”‘

4. The Law of Least Effort
“Nature’s intelligence functions with effortless ease . . .with care freeness, harmony, and love.
And when we harness the forces of harmony, joy, and love,we create success and good fortune with effortless ease.“

Example Application:
‘I will practice acceptance. Today I will accept people, situations, circumstances, and events as they occur. I will know that this moment is as it should be, because the whole universe is as it should be. I will not struggle against the whole universe by struggling against this moment. My acceptance is total and complete. I accept things as they are this moment, not as I wish they were.’
‘Today my awareness will remain established in Defenselessness. I will relinquish the need to defend my point of view. I will feel no need to convince or persuade others to accept my point of view. I will remain open to all points of view and not be rigidly attached to any one of them.’

5. The Law of Intention and Desire
“Inherent in every intention and desire is the mechanics for its fulfillment . . .Intention and desire in the field of pure potentialityhave infinite organizing power.
And when we introduce an intention inthe fertile ground of pure potentiality,we put this infinite organizing power to work for us.“

Example Application:
“I will make a list of all my desires. I will carry this list with me wherever I go. I will look at this list before I go into my silence and meditation. I will look at it before I go to sleep at night. I will look at it when I wake up in the morning.”

6. The Law of Detachment
“In detachment lies the wisdom of uncertainty . . .in the wisdom of uncertainty list the freedomfrom our past, from the known, which is the prison of past conditioning.
And in our willingness to step into theunknown, the field of all possibilities,we surrender ourselves to the creative mindthat orchestrates the dance of the universe.“

Example Application:
“Today I will commit myself to detachment. I will allow myself and those around me the freedom to be as they are. I will not rigidly impose my idea of how things should be. I will not force solutions on problems, thereby creating new problems. I will participate in everything with detachment involvement.”
I will participate in everything with detachment involvement.”

7. The Law of Purpose in Life
“Everyone has a purpose in life . . . a uniquegift or special talent to give to others.
And when we blend this unique talent with service to others,we experience the ecstasy and exultation of our own spirit, which is the ultimate goal of all goals.“
One will always find life in his/her favor when you find out your purpose in life

Example Application:
‘I will make a list of my unique talents. Then I will list all the things that I love to do while expressing my unique talents. When I express my unique talents and use them in the service of humanity, I lose track of time and create abundance in my life as well in the lives of others.’
‘I will ask myself daily, “How can I serve?” and “How can I help?” The answers to these questions will allow me to help and serve my fellow human beings with love.’

Taking from In Deepak Chopra’s book, “The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success“, he gives us a spiritual look at success. You can have an extensive look at each law in his book, which goes into extensive detail.

5 Beauty Tips and Secrets Every Woman Should Know

Here are 5 indispensable beauty tips that can help you look fabulous at every age like Bukky Wright

Standing tall, feeling confident, believing in yourself -- these are all important ways to feel your best. But as any woman who's ever stood in front of a mirror can tell you, beauty secrets count too!
While the way we look may be only one part of who we are, it is still a part of us. And feeling that you look your best can be a real confidence booster.

Looking your best doesn't have to be complicated or expensive, either. Experts say most of us really only need to pay attention to a few basic beauty secrets - essentials that can help you look and feel great without spending a lot of time or money.

To help you find the beauty tips that really work, WebMD talked to top skin care and beauty experts, who parted with their personal tips for looking great:

Beauty Tip 1: Never Underestimate the Power of Moisturizer
Whether your skin is dry, normal, or even oily, if you can only afford one skin care product, experts say, your dollars will be well spent on a good moisturizer.
"Sometimes, all you really need is a good moisturizer and a mild cleanser, and you can take years off your face," says New York University professor Rhoda Narins, MD, president of the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery. When skin is dry, says Narins, every wrinkle is accentuated, making you look older.

If you're in your 20s or 30s, doctors say, moisturizers will give you some of the protection you need to keep skin from prematurely aging.

"In your 20s and early 30s, a good moisturizer can take the place of a lot of products," says Park Avenue plastic surgeon Darrick Antell, MD.
So what exactly is a "good" moisturizer? Dermatologist Charles E. Crutchfield III, MD, describes it this way: "It's a product that will do anything from gently adding moisture, to sealing in the moisture you've achieved, to helping your skin produce more moisture -- and which type you choose should be based on your skin's individual needs."

If skin is normal to dry, look for moisturizers containing alpha hydroxy acids. They can help skin produce more moisture on its own, Crutchfield says. Such products include Neutrogena Advanced Solutions Daily Moisturizerand Anew Advanced All In One Cream by Avon.
Products such as AmLactin XL - the over-the-counter version of the prescription cream Lac-Hydrin - not only contain alpha hydroxy acids, but also a new ceramide technology to seal in moisture.
"You put on when you skin is slightly damp, and it locks in all the water," says Crutchfield, an associate clinical professor of dermatology at the University of Minnesota Medical School.
If skin is very dry, he also suggests products using a technology called vesicular emulsion.

"This technology uses microscopic spheres that are alternating layers of moisture and water that slowly release throughout the day, so you get continual moisturization," says Crutchfield. Products using this type of technology include Atopalm and Curel.

If skin is oily, look for a light, gentle moisturizer - but don't skip this step, cautions Crutchfield.
"Oil is not moisture, and even if you have excess oil you still need moisture," he says. Recommended products include Aveeno with Colloidal Oatmeal, Vanicream Light, Neutrogena Oil-Free Moisturizer, or Cetaphil Moisturizer.

Beauty Tip 2: Sunscreen Is Your Best Antiaging Product.
Before you see the plastic surgeon, before you plunk down half a paycheck on that pricey anti-aging cream, in fact, before you do anything, put on sunscreen.
While most of us know it reduces the risk of skin cancer, did you also know it's an amazing beauty secret that can help keep skin looking young?
The reason, say experts, is that when sunscreen blocks out the sun's damaging rays, it also blocks their aging effects.

"The sun impacts collagen production in the skin, and without collagen, skin won't naturally maintain that plump, moist, youthful, wrinkle-free look," says Antell. Get enough sun exposure, he says, and skin will wrinkle long before its time.
Without the protection of sunscreen, just a few minutes of daily sun exposure over the years can cause noticeable changes in how skin looks and feels, according to the American Academy of Dermatology.

Not only will you see more wrinkles and fine lines, but also more freckles, age spots, and spider veins. Skin itself can look rough and leathery or loose and slack - all thanks to the sun.
Sunscreen can protect your skin from these damaging rays, so that even if you do spend time outdoors, your face is less likely to give away your age.
Crutchfield advises choosing a sunscreen with SPF 15 or higher. Because sun breaks down its effectiveness over time, if you're going to be in direct sunlight for an extended period, reapply every hour or two.

For longer-lasting results, he recommends Melashade, a sunscreen using new technology that remains in force hours longer than most other products.
Another option: Use your regular sunscreen before putting on makeup (it should go on first, before anything). Then, for touch-ups, use a light, translucent mineral powder to add extra protection throughout the day.

"These powders contain a natural sunscreen, and since they generally don't build up on the skin you can keep adding protection all day long," says Crutchfield. Products include Glo Minerals Powder, Neutrogena Healthy Defense Protective Powder, and BareEscentuals Mineral Veil.

Beauty Tip 3: Choose Your Cleanser Wisely
If you're a "soap and water" girl (or guy), you may want to rethink your cleansing strategy. Dermatologists say that one of the best beauty tips around is to use the gentlest cleanser you can find - and use it sparingly.
"While the temptation may be great to wash your face several times a day (or more if skin is oily), not only will over-cleansing not help you, if you're using a harsh product -- particularly soap -- you could be harming your skin," says Crutchfield.
Wash your face too often - more than twice a day - and you can damage the natural lipid barrier, the protective mantle of lubrication that keeps skin looking and feeling healthy.
"Once that protection is lost, and the integrity of the skin barrier disrupted, skin becomes dry - which means it can crack, peel, itch, burn, sting, or any combination," says Crutchfield. It also means you can look older than your years.
The solution: Wash skin no more than twice a day and choose your cleanser wisely. Crutchfield's three top favorites: Dove Unscented Bar, Cetaphil, and Vanicream Cleanser.
Beauty Tip 4: Use the Right Tools for the Right Job
You can have the best eyeshadow money can buy, the world's most luxurious foundation, a bronzer straight from the cosmetic bag of a supermodel. But if you don't have the right tools to apply them, their benefits will be lost. That's the advice of Smashbox Cosmetic's director of global artistry, Holly Mordini.

"Using the right brushes, the right application tools - it's key to making the products go on the way they are intended and to give you the look that you want. For a professional makeup artist, the tools are as important as the products," says Mordini, who has painted and puffed some of Hollywood's most famous faces.
What constitutes the "right" tools? Brushes should be soft and feel gentle on the skin, but also have substance so the product can be moved to the surface of your skin. If you dip a brush in shadow or blush and the color falls off before you make it to your face, that's a bad brush, experts say.
If you don't know what to buy, you can't go wrong if you purchase the tools sold with a high-quality beauty line, Mordini says. Most, she says, are created to give your application a professional touch and to work best with each product in the line.
"It also makes putting on makeup incredibly easy, plus it's often what sets apart women who have the 'professional makeup look' and those that don't," she says.

Beauty Tip 5: Update Hair and Makeup Every 2 Years
If you walk into your high school reunion and hear a chorus of "You haven't changed a bit," run, run, RUN to the nearest beauty salon!
Experts say that if you can't even remember the last time you changed your hair and makeup, it's way overdue.
"Ideally, your image, including hair and makeup, should be updated at least every two years - and sooner if the styles change dramatically," says Beverly Hills hair expert and QVC personality Nick Chavez.
By keeping your look current, says Chavez, you also look younger and more modern. "Nothing dates a woman more than outdated hair and makeup," says Chavez.
If it's been a while since you've had a change, visit the makeup counters at your favorite department or beauty store, and don't be afraid to ask for help. Most of the better lines are sold by makeup artists who can quickly catch you up on what's new.
To find the best new hairstyle without commitment, try wig shopping! It's a fun, fast, and easy way to try.

Financial Wealth ( Wired Brain)

Your brain is wired in a certain manner to 'see'things and interpret them.

Two people see $30 - one will think how to use that to go out for a few drinks and have fun whileanother person might see how $30 can buy hima good book to read and enrich himself.

Both of them will be HAPPY and see the same$30 but one will have the chance to become verysuccessfu1 if his mind is wired towards improvinghimself in personal growth.

Not that going out for a drink is not good, butI would personally go for a drink after reading thebook that will help me to make $300 in return.

And that my friend, determines whether you'll be successful in life or not. It all starts there.

To be frank, I don't know how your mind is wired but I do know mine. And I know too, that if you can go 'inside' it to find out how opp0rtunities keep on coming my way, then you'll soon understand how your mind is the same as well...

You should know that EVERYONE who achieves success has to do with how their mind is wired, how they think, how they MAKE DECISIONS - whether it's Walt Disney, Bill Gates, Sir Richard Branson, Donald Trump, Oprah Winfrey, Steven Spielberg, Michael Jordan, Colonel Sanders or any of the successful person whom you admire.
Seriously, Bill Gates could be a very smart entrepreneur or some say he was 'lucky' - but how did he became very smart or 'lucky' in the first place? It's how he thinks or decides on what to do. I mean, if luck happens to fall upon him but he doesn't have the conscious to realize that or 'see' what is the first next step to take
